Ervin Santana (1-3) allowed four hits and four runs - one earned - over six innings for the victory.

Matt Joyce hit a three-run homer - his first of the season - to give the Rays (14-12) a 4-1 lead in the third. Joyce was ejected after striking out looking in the sixth for arguing balls and strikes.
