Napoli hit a three-run homer in the third to give Texas a 5-0 lead and Endy Chavez followed with a solo blast. Mitch Moreland added a solo home run in the fourth as the Rangers built an 8-0 advantage and cruised to their sixth win in eight outings.

Napoli has four of the 13 home runs that the Rangers have hit in the last three games.

Napoli, Chavez, Michael Young and Elvis Andrus had three hits apiece to pace Texas' season-high 20-hit attack.

Derek Holland (4-1) allowed five runs on five hits in 5 2/3 innings to snap a six-start winless streak. Monday's outing marked his first win since April 22.

The Rays scored four in the sixth inning, highlighted by Justin Ruggiano’s three-run homer to trim the lead to 9-5. It was Ruggiano’s first hit of the season.

Matt Joyce had two hits and an RBI for the Rays, who have lost seven of 10.

Rays starter Wade Davis (4-5) only managed eight outs, giving up 12 hits and seven runs.
