Scott Christopherson scored a season-high 24 points and Chris Allen added 23 as Iowa State defeated visiting Lipscomb 81-64 on Wednesday for its fourth straight victory.
Christopherson, who has struggled most of the season, connected on 8-of-14 from the field, including 4-of-8 from 3-point range for the Cyclones (9-3).
Allen, a transfer from Michigan State, also hit four 3-pointers as Iowa State made 10. The Cyclones, who led 38-30 at halftime after trailing only once in the first half, came into the game 11th in the nation averaging 9.9 3-pointers per game.
Royce White, Iowa State's leading scorer and rebounder, had only six points, but contributed 10 rebounds, eight assists and three blocked shots.
Lipscomb (6-8), which dropped its fourth straight on the road, was led by Ames, Iowa, native and senior guard Jordan Burgason, who scored a career-high 30 points in his homecoming.
