BOSTON COLLEGE 56, GEORGIA TECH 52: The host Eagles made 10 3-pointers to snap a four-game skid and move out of the ACC basement.
Boston College (9-20, 4-11) made 10 of 24 from beyond the arc, including three apiece by Matt Humphrey (13 points) and Jordan Daniels.
The Yellow Jackets (10-19, 3-12 ACC) cut a 17-point, second-half deficit to two, but missed two shots with a chance to tie or grab the lead.
Trailing 14-12, the Eagles went on a 16-0 run and led 33-22 at the break.
Center Daniel Miller led Georgia Tech with 13 points and seven rebounds.
