Andre Burakovsky scored a power-play goal at 17:21 of the third period as the Seattle Kraken defeated the host Winnipeg Jets 4-3 Tuesday night.

Jared McCann had a goal and two assists, and Justin Schultz and Tomas Tatar also scored for the Kraken, who swept their two-game Canadian trip after a 4-2 victory Monday at Calgary. Goaltender Joey Daccord made 30 saves, including diving across the crease without his stick to stop a shot by Neal Pionk with seven seconds to go.

Kyle Connor, Adam Lowry and Nino Niederreiter tallied and Mason Appleton had two assists for the Jets, who lost for just the third time in their past 12 games. Connor Hellebuyck stopped 20 of 24 shots.

Burakovsky's goal was just his second of an injury-riddled season. He took a cross-ice pass from rookie defenseman Ryker Evans, used a Jets defender as a screen and put a low wrist shot on net from the top of the right faceoff circle. The puck went off Hellebuyck's catching glove and inside the near post.

There were four goals in a span of 3:46 bridging the second and third periods.

Niederreiter gave Winnipeg a 3-2 lead on a partial breakaway at 1:17 of the third. Daccord stopped the initial shot, but the rebound glanced off Niederreiter's skate and over the goalie's shoulder. It was Niederreiter's fourth goal in the past three games.

Tatar tied it at 3-3 just 25 seconds later, tipping Matty Beniers' shot from the right faceoff circle past Hellebuyck.

With the score tied at 1-1, Seattle regained the lead at 17:56 of the second as McCann scored on a short-handed breakaway. It was McCann's team-leading 27th goal of the season and his second short-hander in as many nights.

The Jets pulled even at 19:51 of the second as Appleton settled the puck behind the net and found Lowry alone in the slot for a one-timer.

The Kraken opened the scoring at 8:45 of the first period on a rare five-on-two rush. Oliver Bjorkstrand's centering pass led to Schultz's one-timer from between the top of the faceoff circles.

Connor tied it at 8:07 of the second, a one-timer from the left faceoff circle after taking a cross-ice pass from Mark Scheifele on a three-on-two rush. It was Connor's seventh goal in the past eight games.

Kraken defenseman Vince Dunn missed the game with an undisclosed injury after taking a high, hard hit from Calgary's Martin Pospisil late in Monday's game.
